Foundry Row is an upscale, mixed-use center on a former industrial brownfield site northwest of Baltimore. The project draws its character from the history of its site, a former Solo Cup manufacturing plant in Owings Mills, Maryland. JP2’s design consists of multiple open-air retail buildings around a main street type plan, anchored by a Wegman’s supermarket and a keynote office building. The project includes 375,000 sq ft of retail including both in-line small shops and larger anchor type formats, as well as a gym and restaurants. The design creates a pedestrian friendly district for both the office tenants and shoppers.
