Project: Hunt Valley Towne Centre

The Hunt Valley Towne Center is a mixed-use project located in Cockeysville, MD. JP2 designed the conversion of the existing vacant anchor building on the west side into a cohesive space featuring Onelife Fitness and Ashley's Furniture. The existing façade of the old Sears was removed to allow for the new tenant facades and addition for the Onelife Vestibule.
In addition to the conversion, JP2 designed two pad buildings with outdoor seating areas and terraces, enhancing walkability throughout the site and between lower and upper level tenants. The addition of fast casual restaurants contributes to the dining options within the center, complemented by lush landscaping and benches for a pleasant atmosphere.
