JP2 Dillon Street

Project: JP2 Dillon Street
Client: JP2 Architects

The new corporate home for JP2 Architects is an adaptive re-use of a former daycare facility in the heart of the Canton community in Baltimore City. The former building was demolished down to a bare shell and reconstructed with all new energy efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials. The modern workplace design concept features all LED lighting, new roof-mounted Sola-tubes as well as a new 1,400 sq. ft. mezzanine overlooking the open interior office environment below. The office building design was honored with a LEED Gold rating shortly after opening in the summer of 2016, just in time to celebrate the firm’s 10th anniversary.
