Located immediately adjacent to Federal Realty's headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, this 49-unit development expands the existing award-winning Crest Residential project. Its residential units feature open living spaces with exterior balconies. In addition to the upscale units, the project includes a business center, fitness center, and an indoor/outdoor resident lounge featuring multiple fireplaces.
JP2 provided a comprehensive signage package for new 49-unit development at The Stories. Located immediately adjacent to Federal Realty’s headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, this development expands the existing award-winning Crest Residential project. Its residential units feature open living spaces with exterior balconies. In addition to the upscale units, the project includes a business center, fitness center, and an indoor/outdoor resident lounge featuring multiple fireplaces. The sign package draws on the materials used throughout the project to bring an overall cohesive design throughout.
