Adam Morris, University of Virginia
Adam joined the firm as a Senior Associate with over 30 years of experience utilizing knowledge in Retail, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Corporate & Speculative Office, Multi-Family Residential, Office Interiors, Advanced Technology, and Manufacturing. He has a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Architecture from Rice University. Adam is an AIA member and licensed in Maryland.
Phil James, Syracuse University
Philip joined JP2 Architects in September of 2007. Phil specializes in the management of large scale projects such as Lafayette Dormitories at Lafayette College. Since graduating from the architectural program at Syracuse, Phil has over 13 years of experience on projects that range from the restoration of the Pentagon after 9/11, to government offices and complex educational and commercial projects. Prior to joining JP2, Phil was a Project Manager and Associate at RTKL.
Dana Tharrett, North Carolina State
Joining JP2 Architects in September of 2008, Dana brings expertise in design and project management. Since completing her graduate studies at North Carolina State University, Dana has gained over 17 years experience on projects that range from the expansion of Al Ghurair City Center, a mixed-use development in Dubai, to the Applied Physics Laboratory Building at Johns Hopkins. Dana’s prior work, at both large international architectural firms as well as boutique sized design studios, has afforded her a broad range of project practice.
Becky Bass, University of Cincinnati
Becky joined JP2 Architects in October of 2011. Becky has been involved in a number of adaptive re-use projects involving Historic Preservation. She has also collaborated on Commercial, Retail, Multi-family, Mixed Use, and Hospitality projects, and joins JP2 as an Associate with over 18 years of experience. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, and won the Baltimore Heritage Award for the Holiday Inn Express at Old Town Bank.
Tenille Jordan, Virginia Tech
After an internship with JP2, Tenille joined the firm full time after her graduation from Virginia Tech. Tenille’s leadership in design and project management has been demonstrated on large, complex projects focused on retail and multi-family. She has also played a significant role on many mixed-use and master planning efforts both domestically and internationally. Notable projects under Tenille’s leadership include the renovation and expansion of Jefferson Valley Mall, multiple efforts at Plaza las Americas in Puerto Rico, the renovations at The Shops at Kenilworth and the mall entrances at Southdale Center in Edina, Minnesota. Tenille is also a LEED Accredited professional as well as an active participant in ICSC and ULI.
Rob Pritchard, Virginia Tech
Rob’s leadership in project management and construction administration has been continuously demonstrated since joining JP2 Architects in 2012. Working on both renovations and ground-up construction, Rob has successfully worked with clients and contractors on these large, complex projects. These include a 75,000 sf expansion to The Mall in Columbia, a 48-unit ground-up multifamily building (Crest Residential II), and Foundry Row, which consists of 356,000 sf of retail and 40,000 sf of office currently under construction.
Jill Githens Burch, Virginia Tech
Jill’s design and project leadership has been evident in the multiple commercial renovations she has worked on while at JP2. Notable projects include the two story expansion and renovation to Plaza del Caribe in Puerto Rico, which allowed for a connection to an anchor tenant, and the 1,200 seat food court renovation in Plaza las Americas, also in Puerto Rico. Additional work at Plaza las Americas included the exterior canopy renovation and entrance to the existing corporate offices and food court. Most recently Jill has been involved with the renovations to Merriweather Post Pavilion.
Victoria Myers, Indiana University of Pennsylvania
Victoria Myers brings creative interior design with a strong focus on interior architecture, space planning, and branding + graphics. She strives to create a total experience with her designs. She continues to broaden her knowledge of design as she studies for and pursues NCIDQ certification. Her experience includes a variety of project typologies including corporate offices, restaurants, retail, and fitness facilities. These projects include Ellicott’s Retreat Clubhouse, The Shops at Kenilworth, Plaza Del Caribe Expansion, Charm City Medicus, and Westfield Annapolis Renovations.
