Lori Vicik Pett

Associate

Lori Vicik Pett has been involved in many aspects of the architectural profession for over 30 years. She has a B. Arch. from Virginia Tech and is licensed in Maryland. After working for many years as a project architect focusing on educational and institutional projects, Lori has been with JP2 since its founding. At JP2, she oversees the financial and human resources divisions of the firm.

 

Kevin Tisdale

Associate

Kevin Tisdale attended the University of Virginia, earning a degree in Architectural History. He entered the work force at the same time that technology was entering the architectural community and quickly pivoted to working in IT. He later attended UMBC, attaining an Master's in Information Systems to further his IT skills. His current duties at JP2 Architects include providing IT support, planning new IT projects and coordinating with outside vendors. He has worked in architecture/IT for 36 years.

Vicki Myers

Senior Associate

Myers brings a creative approach to the design process and places a strong focus on creating cohesive and innovative spaces that are resolved and aim to elevate the experience of its occupants. She believes that interiors should stand the test of time – in both timelessness and quality. Her experience spans a variety of project typologies including restaurants, multi-family housing, workplaces, fitness facilities, and a multitude of retail tenant fit-outs. She offers a balance of creativity, collaboration, and forward thinking while bringing a client-centered approach.

Dana Tharrett

Senior Associate

Dana Tharrett brings expertise in design and project management. Since completing her graduate studies at North Carolina State University, Dana has gained over 17 years of experience on projects that range from the expansion of Al Ghurair City Center, a mixed-use development in Dubai, to The MarketPlace at Fells Point in Baltimore. Dana’s prior work at both large international architecture firms as well as boutique sized design studios has give her a broad range of experience that she brings to each project.

Adam Morris

Associate Principal

Adam’s extensive career in architecture has provided him the opportunity to work on a variety of project types including Retail, Hospitality, Multi-family Residential, Corporate and Speculative Office, and Mixed-Use Developments. In addition, Adam has teamed with a variety of professionals on other kinds of projects including Manufacturing, Advanced Technology and Corporate Interiors. Adam is both a talented planner and designer as well as an accomplished project manager and plays a leadership role on projects and provides guidance and insight within the firm.

Phil James

Associate

Phil specializes in the management of large scale projects such as the expansion & renovation of The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, NJ. He has experience on projects that range from the restoration of the Pentagon after 9/11, to government offices and complex educational and commercial projects. Phil directs the education and management of BIM based projects while playing a larger role assuring quality control and performing Construction Administration.

Jill Githens Burch

Associate

Since joining the firm in 2012, Jill has continuously demonstrated her design and project leadership skills through her work on multiple commercial renovations. Notable projects include the two-story expansion and renovation of Plaza del Caribe in Puerto Rico, the 1,200 seat food court renovation in Plaza las Americas, also in Puerto Rico, and the flagship renovation to the Westfield Annapolis 800 seat food court and Lord and Taylor Conversion. Jill was also involved with the renovations to Merriweather Post Pavilion and the master planning and public realm for the Merriweather District.  In addition to her commercial experience, Jill has also worked on several multifamily projects in Baltimore City.

 

Tenille Jordan

Associate Principal

Tenille’s leadership in design and project management has been demonstrated on large, complex projects focused on retail and multi-family. She has also played a significant role on many mixed-use and master planning efforts both domestically and internationally. Tenille is a LEED Accredited professional as well as an active participant in ICSC and ULI.

Rob Pritchard

Senior Associate

Rob’s leadership and project management has been continuously demonstrated with the management of large retail and urban mixed-use scale projects. With over 18 years of experience working on both renovations and ground-up construction, Rob is experienced on large, complex projects such as The Mall in Columbia, The Stories at Congressional Plaza, and Foundry Row, an adaptive reuse office/retail site redevelopment. As an Office BIM Manager, Rob has managed a diverse range of Revit Cloud projects including mall renovations, restaurants, and multifamily.

Jamie Pett, AIA

Principal

James Pett is a founding partner and principal at JP2. As an award-winning architect and planner, he has practiced throughout the US and internationally, and serves as principal-in-charge for masterplanning large-scale mixed-use centers, retail and office complexes, multi-family residential, and resort and convention hotel projects. With a bias towards environmentally sensitive design, he has also designed a number of more modest scaled nature centers and park visitor’s centers.

 

Gordon Godat, AIA

Principal

Gordon Godat is a founding partner and principal at JP2 Architects, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. As the firm’s director of design, he serves as lead designer for projects in mixed-use and multi-family developments, office, retail, hospitality, and entertainment driven projects. His designs have won numerous awards from not only the architectural community, but the development community as well. Gordon’s passion for blending modern buildings with a sense of the site’s history and thirty years in the field give him a vast array of experience to pull from, helping achieve the client’s vision.

 

John Hutch, AIA

Principal

As one of the founding partners and principal of JP2 Architects, John Hutch plays an active role in the professional development and awareness of sustainable design within the firm. He brings 30 years of experience leading the design process and employing project management with an emphasis on project delivery. His background in both the public and private sector provides a diverse experience to meet the needs of any project. John is a talented architect with an international portfolio of mixed-use projects which includes corporate, hospitality, retail, multi-family, and entertainment facilities.
