JP2’s concept for a conference center hotel in mid-Maryland was inspired by a neighboring natural area and the ability to extend the existing green space up and into the proposed hotel. The hotel will feature over 250 guestrooms, 15,000sf of meeting space and multiple fine dining venues. The project is expected to be at the forefront of environmentally sound design.
