Project: The Mall in Columbia Sears Conversion

The renovation of the Sears at the Mall in Columbia includes downsizing the existing 147,520 sf two-story anchor tenant to 72,495 sf of first floor space with interior and exterior upgrades. Additional changes to the lower level include reworking the existing loading dock area for shared use by all the tenants. Modifications to the upper level include a new façade and plaza area on the north side of the building. The 79,270 sf interior modification on the upper level will accommodate three future tenants including Barnes & Noble, Main Event Entertainment (featuring bowling, laser tag, video games, billiards, and a full service restaurant) and Uncle Julio’s Mexican Restaurant.
