The Shops at Kenilworth is a 142,000 sq. ft. retail shopping center in Towson, Maryland, that first opened in 1979. The architectural project comprised a $20 million renovation to modernize the center’s exterior and create a more pedestrian-friendly shopping experience. The full interior renovation to the design of the shopping center includes updates to handrails, restrooms, flooring, lighting, and wayfinding signage design. The project also includes an addition with a wine bar, several more restaurant tenants, and a relocated and expanded Trader Joe's grocery store.
