Awards Maryland Mixed Use Retail

Foundry Row

Project: Foundry Row
Client: Greenberg Gibbons

Foundry Row is an upscale, mixed-use development on a former industrial brownfield site northwest of Baltimore. The retail project draws its character from the history of its site, a former Solo Cup manufacturing plant in Owings Mills, Maryland. JP2 Architect’s shopping center design consists of multiple open-air retail buildings around a Main Street-style plan, anchored by a Wegmans supermarket and a keynote office building. The project includes 375,000 sq. ft. of retail, including both in-line small shops and larger anchor-type formats, as well as a gym and restaurants. The design creates a pedestrian-friendly district for both office tenants and shoppers.
