Project: Foundry Row Office Building
Client: Greenberg Gibbons
Foundry Row office building is part of the overall upscale, mixed-use center on a former industrial brownfield site northwest of Baltimore. The project draws its character from the history of its site, a former Solo Cup manufacturing plant in Owings Mills, Maryland. JP2’s design consists of multiple open-air retail buildings around a main street type plan with the office building being the focal point to one end. The project is also anchored by a Wegman’s supermarket. The office building consists of 16,000 sf of retail on the ground floor with 36,000 sf of office above on two-stories. The project includes 375,000 sq ft of retail including both in-line small shops and larger anchor type formats, as well as a gym and restaurants. The design creates a pedestrian friendly district for both the office tenants and shoppers.
