The Mount Villa Apartments are located right in the heart of Turf Valley and have views to the surrounding resort and community. The five buildings will total over 180 apartment units that will be brought on-line in phases. The clubhouse will be a unique feature for the residence and will house the leasing office, exercise room, business center, entertainment room, and a host of other amenities. The Villa Apartments aim to attract high end tenants and provide an experience in keeping with the excellent reputation of Turf Valley.
