Located in a popular downtown Baltimore neighborhood, St. James Place Apartments is a historic building featuring ground floor retail, residential units with high ceilings and amenities such as a fitness center and private courtyard. JP2 provided Construction Administration services for the addition that provided 30 additional market-rate residential units to the existing development.
