Project: Northwood Commons
With 100,000 sq. ft. of redeveloped community retail, Northwood Commons features contemporary retail architecture and provides Hill Road, Original Northwood, New Northwood, and Morgan State University with transformed retail, restaurant, and service options. The addition of a Lidl grocery store to the shopping center design provides access to fresh ingredients for hundreds of families, while a Barnes & Noble College Bookstore will become Morgan State’s bookstore. The addition of national restaurant chains, such as Chipotle and IHOP, as well as other amenities, make Northwood Commons a one-stop shopping destination for the neighborhood.
