JP2’s conceptual design for a collection of urban lofts focuses on incorporating the existing rich backdrop of exposed brick and timber frame structure in the historic Flour Warehouse in downtown Baltimore. With retail space on the street level and studio and one bedroom dwelling units above, the Flour House will fill a growing niche in the market for contemporary urban living.
