Located immediately adjacent to Federal Realty's headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, The Stories is a 44-unit multi-family housing development that expands the existing award-winning Crest at Congressional Plaza residential project. Interior design of the residential units at The Stories feature open living spaces with exterior balconies. In addition to the upscale units, the project includes a business center, fitness center, and an indoor/outdoor resident lounge featuring multiple fireplaces.
JP2 Architects also provided a comprehensive signage package for the new development. The signage design draws on the materials used throughout The Stories to bring an overall cohesive design to the property’s interior and exterior spaces.
