Project: Q Street Hostel

This four star hostel is an exciting new brand concept being introduced into major metropolitan areas to fill a market niche for affordable but high quality hostel rooms. The open plan lobby and amenity spaces include a movie lounge, recessed putting green and a high-style ‘grab and go’ kitchen & dining area. The prototype version proposed for a site in southwest Washington, D.C. is a five-story, five hundred bed building that includes amenities such as a roof plaza, entertainment venues, and a bicycle rental program. Each hostel is envisioned as a minimum LEED silver building.
