Project: Southdale Center 2025 Renovations

The 2025 renovation of Southdale Center in Edina, Minnesota, repositioned approximately 40,000 square feet of existing space to create a dynamic mixed-use destination. The renovation also reimagined the mall’s Center Court, introducing more than 40 new spaces and refreshed interior finishes to enhance the visitor experience and strengthen the tenant mix. An additional portion of the mall was redeveloped as a luxury retail wing, featuring a collection of premier brands and renovated exterior façades distinguished by structural entry canopies, illuminated storefronts, and glass entrances.
