Project: Hendler Creamery

The concept for the adaptive re-use of the historic Hendler Creamery building, located in the historic Jonestown area of Baltimore, MD, features 250 units with 15,000 sq ft of retail along Baltimore Street. The project includes exclusive amenities such as multiple outdoor courtyards, a pool deck overlooking the Baltimore skyline, basketball courts, and a yoga studio. JP2’s challenge is designing a contemporary multi-family building that does not detract from the surrounding historical context, but presents the occupants with a captivating experience showing views of the downtown Baltimore skyline.
